Though I live in Northern Colorado, I am interested to learn whether or not the Sacramento Region is planning a going away celebration/party for Bill Kiene before his permanent move to Florida. If yes, I want to contribute money and possibly attend. Please just let me know.

I don't have much time left in California.....sold the house......have to be out June 27........yikes.

I think it is best if I just go over to Kiene's Fly Shop on Sunday, June 20, 2021, to see my old buddies before I leave.

I will be there 10am till 4pm which is their normal business hours on Sunday.

Hey Charlie, Ryan just texted me. He was at the river doing a little fishing but wasn't sure about wading. I told him don't even try, I'm sure the water is running faster than it looks and those rocks are as slippery as snot. He was asking me about a waterproof backpack. I told him I use a sling pack.

Yeah, I think that if you want to go to a celebration, you have to do it. Especially if it's a wedding celebration. Look, I understand that you will have to spend some money there, and it's normal to happen, but what I can assure you is that if you don't go, you will feel sad about for the rest of your life. You can even contribute with something. Bill, best wishes to you. I am looking forward to leaving CA as well, perhaps next year.
I've spent a fair amount of time in Tampa/Clearwater working, and that weather just doesn't suit me.
Hope you enjoy it though.
