After many enjoyable years fishing for a variety of species from panfish to King salmon from my gorgeous, tricked out, Metal Head pram, I've decided to sell her. I'll be getting a nice pontoon boat which for me will be easier to handle and safer - I won't be toppling out of it like I might from my pram now that my balance isn't quite what it use to be.

I'm asking $2,500 for it complete with all accessories; but you'll have to come to Morgan Hill, CA to pick it up if you buy it. You can use Face Book messenger to contact me or my e-mail addy on my website. if you are interested or want to come by for a look. If you want to see some detailed photos of it go to my Facebook Page.

I was a dealer for the Metal Head prams.

One day, the owner drove into our back parking lot with the 10 footer on a custom MH trailers.

Everyone in the shop was in shock at the quality and beauty of these prams.

In the first month I think people bought a dozen of them.

This one of Dan's has all the trick options for all types of fishing situations.

*One of my friends bought one of the handful of Metal Head 12' Jet sleds.

He sold it to local American river veteran drift boat guide Bruce Porter.

PS: Info for "busy bodies"

1) Bruce bought this 12' Metal Head Jet boat about 10 years ago and has never had it in the water.

2) Bruce has no intentions of ever guiding with this jet sled or any other jet sled.

3) Bruce guides with a drift boat on the American river with no gas motor so he needs no Captains License / Six Pack license.

Many of us started fly fishing from small prams in the 1970s.

Here is another picture of Dan's 8 foot Metal Head pram.
