I read not to long ago that Corpus Christi Texas was considered the Tarpon “Capital of the World”. That was back in the early half of the 1900’s. I’ve certainly never caught one around here but I hear reports of tarpon being caught every summer off the jetty’s around South Texas. Interesting video!
