Although I currently have 10 rods, I find myself in need of an inexpensive dry fly trout stick. (Gave the two Sage 5-wts I had to my brother and SIL last year. ) All my current rods are TFOs, but I will be happy with any good deal I can find. So, anybody have a surplus 9 or 9.5 foot 5-wt laying around? I'm in Sacramento and would be happy to show up with cash anywhere in the area.

Sometimes at Kiene's Fly Shop they have trade-in rods for sale.
Check with Andy Guibord for his recommendation for the best casting imported fly rod.
Most all major rod companies have imported lines that are around $300ish.
Companies like Sage and Orvis usually have some imported rods too that they designed but had made overseas.

In addition to Bill’s recommendations, you might want to look at Redington’s 9’ 5wt Classic Trout fly rod. A beautiful fishing and casting rod that far exceeds its $170 retail price new. Good Luck, Bob

Thanks for the replies. Being on disability these days, I am hoping to find something closer to $100 than $2.00.
I have a 2 pc Steffens 5WT with sock n metal tube.
I’d take $100 for it. If interested let me know.
I have pics. Jerry
