Private Waters - in Feb

Any tips for small, reasonably priced private waters open in feb?

Thinking about 2 day trip for a birthday.

Need accommodation for two adults and a toddler.

Wonder if there any tips for private lake / streams with accommodation that might fit the bill?

Bailey Creek lodge might fit your bill. Good fly fishing ponds for nice size rainbows. Nice lodge to sleep and fix meals.
