Wild Steelhead Book by Sean Gallagher

Anyone have this? It looks like a good read but for $150 bucks it had better be. Not sure if I want to drop that much coin.

I don't own this product but from reading a passage from the book at the end of the link, a number of local stories ranging from the authors earliest days fishing (60's?) to the point of writing. Plus 1000 photographs and 673 pages in two volumes, are included. Price appears to be $150.00. Not sure whether the author is a fishery biologist or a guide, etc. If you already have several books on this subject or the books by D. P. LEE, the price seems excessive....

IMO too many of these types of books are just too expensive for what is gained unless the buyer is acquiring them to say they own them....

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure it's a nice book and it's two volumes but geez.

My opinion was money well spent lots of awesome history especially the chapter with Harry Lemire . Just my thought
