Bob, I have this old story about the full moon at Pyramid lake, NV:


Maybe 40 years ago I went up to Pyramid lake on a fly club outing.

We stopped at the job trailer that the indians had for your check in and license.

An old indian was in an old beat up living room chair.

I walked over and asked him, "How is the fishing?"

He looked up at the ceiling and sad, "Big moon, no fish."

We (20 guys?) fished for two days with very little results.

I think it is the 3 days immediately following the full moon at Christmas Island for big schools of spawning Bonefish over on Paris Flats?
