BLM campgrounds on the Trinity

Does anyone know if the Junction City Or Douglas City campgrounds are open? Thinking of going up and floating the stretch from DC to Evans Bar or JC. Any obstructions I need to know about? Thanks!

Junction City campground is open. I stayed there last Friday. The campground hosts even wanted to sell me firewood for a campfire.

I did the walk and wade thing so no beta on river conditions.

All of the campgrounds are open. Be aware there is construction just west of Canyon Creek resulting in delays up to an hour.
