I need a Rod Repair - HELP

I have a Sage Z-axis that my dad built and gave to me. It is a great rod and well-wrapped, with the exception that one snake guide on the tip section is slightly out of alignment. It probably makes no difference in performance, but it BUGS me. Anyone have recommendations for rod repair? Is Buff still around, I know the Barber Shop is closed, but is he still repairing rods?
