Might for the right rod or price consider orvis, epic, and CTS rods also

Older small Winston or Scott fiberglass are really nice.

Some of the old Fenwicks are good too.

Thanks Bill, in fact I would also take a fenwick for the right age and model, though those can be a bit heavy in my experience.

Have some J. Kennedy Fishers Fiberglass in 2 pc. Phenolic fiberglass Risin 7/8 wt. In blanks & bulit rods .Best glass ever made in history .
We have fished 7 thu 9 's for over 3 decades on Winter run steelhead.
Have a 3pc , brand new Echo bad ass glass never fished 3 pc 8 wt. in 9 ft. will let go for 190.00 .

You should also consider a Larry Kenney glass rod or blank. As the former president of Scott and a primo rod designer, he knows glass rod action and makes some great modern glass rods.

Those are about 4-5 line weights heavier than what I’m looking for?
