I think these are Searun Brown Trout?

They are. When I fished for them as a kid in Ireland we called them White Trout, but they are genetically identical to Brown Trout. They dont get as big as Steelhead. A 5-6lb fish is HUGE...at least in Ireland. Those Swedish fish look bigger.

The best fishing for them is in sandy estuaries and beaches near river mouths. Lots of people fish for them in the surf.
