Up for sale is a 1990s Sage blank. Blank is mint. It’s a 3 piece 9’ 9wt RPLX Graphite III. Has a nice Struble salt water seat with fighting butt receiver and grip. Comes in a non-Sage aluminum case and bag.

When those new Sage RPLX 3 piece salt water fly rod came out we all went for them for travel.

Many liked them because they did not have a ferrule in the middle which is a weak point.

Thanks Bill! Yes - if this were a 4 piece blank the asking price would be considerably less. The 3 piece are much more reliable rods.
