That Sage 508 fly reel, made by Hardy in England, is very desirable for a Switch rod or Trout Spey rod.

That Sage 504 would be nice on a small #3/4 line trout rod......split cane or fiberglass?


Are all those Sage RP fly rods in 2 piece or 4 piece?

The RPs are at good prices.

We used weight forward floater one size over on RPs.

Thanks for the reply Bill! Rods are 2 piece, I've adjusted my ad accordingly. I couldn't find any info on the Ross Reel. Do you think the price is out of bounds? It was a guess. I think I paid almost $250 back in the 70s. I used to do consulting for Sage and this was part of my compensation. Thanks again. Joel
