Pending sale but I am very cautious as the guy is from Pennsylvania. Nothing will leave my garage until the cashiers check clears and is in my account.

Pram sold to local for cash. Told scammer that he must pay freight and I would hold Pram 14 days after cashiers check was cashed and gave him four hours to agree to terms. You know the answer.
