Here is a fishing report from a friend:
It was 107 degrees on the Lower Sac, but the fishing was good. Fished with Ernie through The Fly Shop (first fished with him almost 30 yrs ago).
It was 72 degrees at Manzanita Lake the next day. Caught Browns and Rainbows from the tube in a beautiful setting.
The Truckee river was running high and fast. I didn’t get a grab.
Had a good day on Sawmill Lake to finish up.
