What is the status of the gate opening to the day use area with a fee? Any trout planted there yet?

Tried Fuller yesterday. The gate is open. The lake level was down 2-3 feet with no incoming current so the fish were spread all over the lake. They were rising all day and I couldn’t figure out how to get one bite. Never seen them rise everywhere all day. As I was leaving I noticed multiple carpenter ants in my car�� I totally missed what they were keying in on.

went yesterday all areas open. water very low,bear river running very high flying ant hatch around 1030 ants 1 to 1.5 inch!,bad news no one was catching only 3 people on the water couple bank fishers. no water coming into fuller ie no current. beautiful day 70 deg
