After graduating from college he went to New Zealand (1973) for a few months and ended up staying there for two years.
He guided in Oregon, Nor Cal and Alaska in the 1970s and 1980s.
Brian was a fly fishing Rep in Oregon, Washington and Alaska for 22 years.
He retired from that job to put more time in on his passion, outdoor photography and fly fishing travel.
