Bill,

New ones start approx. $39K and up, with no deck, deck cover, shed, metal roofs, HVAC etc. everything is an option now so I can't quote exactly what the price would be today. A friend just bought one for $62K and it's a studio style (no bedroom).

Thanks, Ray

Very nice. Is the park safe, if one were to just go up one time a month for a few days?

Yes, the owner has installed new security equipment including cameras and is installing a security gate at the entrance. I’ve had an RV in this park year around since 1986 and never had any issues. That said we all know the world we live in today and we know we must be vigilant about security everywhere. I can say that there are no low-life’s living in the park which wasn’t always the case. While that may not be PC it is descriptive and entirely true. Please come and see for yourself.
We use it on weekends and summer holiday’s sometimes months apart.

Any other questions please let me know.

Thanks,

Ray H.
