Saw Steven Morgan today who first came into Sports Unlimited on Arden Way in the 1960s with his dad, Bill Morgan, for fly tying materials. I was working there at the time and that started our relationship.

Steve and his dad we early members of the local fly club, the CFFU back at the beginning.

Steve was about 10 and I was about 18 when we first met.

Steve had a long career in aerospace pioneering the first satellites into outer space.

He now teaches Physics at San Jose State.

Fun talking him about all the CFFU old timers who mostly gone now.

We talked about old timers Joe Shirshac, Joe Patterson, Jack McLaughlin, Art Ratherburn, and Bill Lynch who were all friends of his dad.
