I wish I would have realized how important being on a freeway was 35 years ago when I started my shop.
Today the shop has wonderful viability to Hwy 50 near Bradshaw.
Especially today when there are so few fly shops.
The shop is also very close to the Watt Ave and Gristmill accesses on the Lower American River.
Captain Andy Guibord is doing a ton of guiding and teaching plus managing the shop's Nor Cal guide service.
Techy Paul Thick is managing the stores inventory with a powerful POS system now too.
Gary and I are working on the travel service which is going well.
Fly tying commando Tim Au-young is running the fly tying classes and managing the fly tying inventory.
Our online store is doing well with same day shipping and free freight and no sales tax on larger orders.
