Good run of King salmon in the Nimbus hatchery right now.

A friend took his granddaughter to the hatchery today and was impressed the number, size and condition of the salmon this year.

Always fun to go to the hatchery this time of year, especially with the kids.

I'm certain that this year's 'good run' of salmon will set a record for historically, all-time low numbers for the AR.

Yes, been out a few times swinging for steel and I have not seen one salmon swim by or even staging up for spawn. Sad!!!

Yes, the water lords with the help of the local goverment have been using the water at their will to sweep the eggs of the very few salmon spawning. 5000 CFS during the whole summer and 1500 CFS or less for the salmon.
