Very exciting.....this is the time to be getting going.
Fly fishing for bass and panfish is at it's peak with May being a top month.
Stripers are all over the Valley rivers.
Shad are running in to spawn as well.
Trout and Half-pounders should be good in most Valley rivers.
Trout in mid-elevation lakes should be cranking up too.
Some trout streams should be fishable with June usually being a top month for mid-elevations.
Time to get all that gear out and dust it off.....
