Does a WF-4-F/S line exist?
I have a floating 4 wt but am looking for a sink tip.
I know I have other options to get the line down,
but I'd like to find a conventional sink tip.
If you have an answer be it yes or no, pls email me at......

Thanks,

The integrated sink tip lines do still exist.

The sink tips can come in many different lengths and sink rates.

They can come in 5', 10', 13', 15', 20' and 30' sinking tip sections.

Sink rates can be in Intermediate, Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, Type 4 and Type 5.

Integrated sink-tip lines are best in moving water. Better for mending and line control.

Full sinking lines are best for stillwater/lakes. Better for a straighter shot to the fly.

Rio, SA/Mastery, Airflo, Orvis and Cortland all have web sites with their offerings.

Not sure who makes a #4 sink-tip so I would call Andy at Kiene's Fly Shop.

RIO makes one in the Mainstream. Mainstream Sink Tip WF4/S3. That is the only one from either RIO or SA.

So I found a Teeny t-130 last year from a member on here. Haven't been able to find once since. I throw it on my 8' 3wt BVK and it is a perfect match. If you can find one, BUY IT!!! You will be amazed how well they shoot and are able to turn over surprisingly large streamers. I keep trying to find another because eventually the inevitable will happen and I will need a new line. Nobody is currently manufacturing these lighter sink tips for the small rods right now and I doubt they will. The lightest I have found is a Rio sink tip at 150gr which is still probably a bit heavy for a 4wt unless its a super fast one like a BVK.

Something else you might be able to do... If you do the math, 17' of T8 is 136gr, you can have a fly shop weld a length of T material to a thin running line and boom, you have a custom sink tip.

Thank you Sheepdog8404.
I will keep my eye out for the Teeny t-130 (and keep my fingers crossed at finding one!).
