It's been a very long time since I tied a couple of streamer patterns... But with the recent rains I figured I am going to need them for the coming week! Dinking around with a few ideas...

I really like that bottom one! I'd definitely fish that with confidence. How long are those? I'd be a little concerned with the squirrel strip on the bottom one getting wrapped around the hook though. Maybe the strip is just short enough to not get stuck?

What material are you using for the head?

Both heads are a blend of acrylic yarn and Angler Hair.. The photo doesn't pick it up too well, but I carded peacock and ice blue into the mixture for the one on the bottom. It's a must see when wet!

Both are heavily weighted with 030 lead and the strips are not bound down. Excellent action. Shouldn't have any issues with fouling the hook, but I always have a small pair of scissors with me.
