I have the 10ft 4wt. Great rod for Truckee River, EW, and EC. But I'm not sure the 11 3wt would have enough backbone to land a decent size fish in big water. If you are alone could be trouble but with a guide or buddy maybe not so much.

Not exactly what you wanted...

but I have a brand new in the tube 4 piece Echo Shadow PE 10 1/2 ft. 3 wt. This is the original Shadow (not the current Shadow II ) designed by USA team member Pete Erickson and Tim Rajeff. I believe it has a much stouter butt section compared to the current offering and should be able to haul in some giant fish. I am offering it for sale for $200 plus actual shipping (20% off the original price of $250.)
