Anybody know if BuRec is operating Folsom Dam differently now that the new spillway is complete?
Specifically if more water will be withheld late into Summer and late Fall, especially if rain is scarce. I am assuming the new spillway increases the margin for error with regards to withholding water in the event there is no rain, etc.
Of course, I am not considering the demands by south of Delta consumers and when they need water, etc.
My apologies if this has been discussed, but I had not seen anything, etc.
