Probably 10 to 15 years ago the Teton "Tioga" series was the go to fly reel for the best value in it's day.

TFO fly rods and Tioga reels were the big high value outfit sold all over the United States, in fresh water and salt water.

Seems like the Orvis Battenkil Mid-Arbor was the next to take that very popular spot in the fly reel market.
