Dec/Jan/Feb is winter Steelhead time up north.
October through May = Pyramid Lake Cutthroat trout.
Low elevation reservoirs for planted trout all winter.
Many go to the tropical saltwater flats in the winter.
Exotics in South America's fresh water in winter.
New Zealand, Argentina and Chili = big trout in winter.
