This is my favorite Steelhead month for longer rivers like the Klamath, Rogue, Grand Ronde, Deschutes and Trinity.


Stripers in the Delta are usually very good in Oct/Nov.


Trout in most larger streams should be hungry and happy.


Our best trout stillwaters a generally good in October.


King Salmon head into the tide waters of the Nor Cal and Oregon shorter coastal streams in Oct/Nov.


Oct/Nov is the Fall season in Florida and other tropical salt waters.


The is Redfish time in Oct/Nov on the southeast coast and gulf coast of the United States.
