This is the most exciting time of the year for "outdoorsman".
Hunting and fishing is going to be fantastic.
Kids are back in school........
Many will be hunting too.
Bass and Panfish like this cooling.
Trout in streams, small and large, will be going on the feed.
Trout in lakes will be coming to the shallows to feed up before winter hits.
Steelhead and salmon are coming into all long river systems now.
Stripers are coming into the Delta also.
It is a great time for the Pacific coast fishing for Halibut, Albacore and Rock Fish.
Basically, October is just the best time to fly fish for Nor Cal because of he cooling weather.
Get a trip planned before it get to late.
