It has been a few years since I have made it up to the North Fork Yuba and I put off the earlier trip because of the snow.
Anyone been there lately? Lavazolla?
I have a "new" flyfisher coming with me this trip and would like for them to have a good experience.

I'm in Sierra City right now. The fishing is "good" but not red hot, especially AM and PM. Flows are 20% over average for this time of year IMO. Water temps below MM22 are dicey for afternoon C&R fishing without risking harm to our finned friends.

Fishing pressure was light the past two days, heavy today.
