What are you fishing for? Bass or Gills?

I have had good luck using olive & black woolly buggers and other nymphy looking olive or black flies. Have taken both bass and Gils. It would be best to use flies that are tied with weedless mono.

I like to fish these little things I tied up. The gills attack them like lions. Its just a little damselfly pattern tied with beadchain eyes. Sometimes I'll strip them, sometimes I'll work them slow on the bottom. Especially right now with the gills bedding, if you work one of these right off the bottom over a bed, they'll slam it! I believe these are tied on either size 10 or size 12 nymph hooks. Smaller bass will eat em too but If I'm targeting medium to larger bass, I'll throw clousers or gurglers... Hope that helps!

Only fished there once. I had a blast fishing some size 14 or 16 pheasant tail w/rubber legs I picked up in the bargain bin at Kiene's Fly Shop (ironically).

Size 8 black wiggle tail. Purple use to be real good.
4" grey and white bait fish made by Jay.

I have fished there a lot, and I mean a lot. Fish out past the point and get to the deep water in the back. Topwater with small yellow poppers work great too.
