Ted Fay Fly Shop in Dunsmuir is a good place to check on the Upper Sac, McCloud, Upper Klamath and Pit R plus other fisheries up that way.

I was there too early (Memorial Day weekend) but the river looked good just high at 2500. Now it's around 600...should be good to go. The McCloud is also a great bet. I would love to go back this weekend but too much travel lately.

Just talked to Bob Grace owner of the Ted Fay Fly Shop in Dunsmuir, California.

He said the river just came down and got in shape which is going to be great for fishing.

Bob said people are starting to show up.

Fred Gordon is guiding on the river so I will try to talk with him too.
