8'0" Orvis Golden Eagle

SOLD 8’0” Orvis Golden Eagle, a classic fiberglass rod from the early 1970s. 2/1 3 5/8 oz. Rated for an HCF (7) line, but this is a perfect 6 wt rod.. Battenkill seat is in great condition. The cork could use a cleaning but the wraps and ferrules are excellent+. I think the bag is original -- it was made for a 2 tip rod so I'm assuming Orvis just used a cane rod bag for this one. The label on the original tube is frayed at the edges and the cap has started to split. $200 shipped to CONUS SOLD
