This is one of our favorite Nor Cal private stillwater trout destinations.

It is really nice for a group of 8 anglers or 4 couples.

It is a very large classic building with a nice big kitchen and deck.

It is very private and quiet.

It is mostly two lakes that you fly fish from shore so no waders or float tubes are needed.

Weekends fill up very fast so weekdays are usually available.

Lincoln and Lance Gray are experts on Digger Creek Ranch and so are Terry Thomas (Tuesdays) and Jim Christensen (Mondays) at our fly shop.

I think April, May and June are very popular times?

** Lincoln might have some corrections for my dated advice.

The popular months are April, May, June, September and October. With Digger Creek Ranch located at the base of Mt. Lassen and all the water the comes down into the property comes from Mt. Lassen, fishing should be good to very good most of the year this year due to the run off we will have!!

We have had some couples trips up there that we so much fun....

This would be one of the places that will fish early too like in April when most places are too high from the big runoff.
