[COLOR="#0000FF"]Hello All,

I need to line a new reel and I am debating about the running line. I am going the route of using a Commando Head from OPST. My dilemma is using their Lazar Line or going with a RIO running line? Any comments or suggestions? Anyone have any experience with Lazar Line r the new RIO running line?

Thank You in Advance,

I have them both, my Rio is the Grip Shooter which I think is a little easier to grip but they both work very well.

It all comes down to personal preference. Some people feel that monofilament slips through their hands and is harder to handle in cold temperatures. For me, I have switched all of my running lines to OPST Lazer running lines. I will make one caution. If you start to have a tangle,stop! When kinked from a knot, Lazer does have a memory. Otherwise, Lazer lines shoot better than any other line that I have used.
