Quite possible, things are raging up here in the foothills right now. Higher than the last high water in January buy a bit here.

Yes they are predicting over 2 inches of rain in Plumas County today. The feather river in Portola California is at a historic high and it could get worse with today's storm. Sounds like another front is coming in next week as well.
