Cool! But now I'm wondering. Shortly after Oroville Dam was built my Dad caught a huge Chinook below the dam. I was only 11-12 years old but I remember the fight and how massive his fish was. He always said it weighed 66 lbs on our bathroom scale. We ate it! According to the record the biggest Chinook was 65+ pounds. I'm wondering if we ate a Record?

Oops, my bad. Went back and looked again and that 65 pounder was the SW record. Freshwater is 88 lbs. my Dad's fish was not even close
