fuller lake?

Anybody know if Fuller freezes in winter?
i think it's at around 5,000 feet so seems likely it does
If yes, any info on typical ice-out month? (if know there's really no typical in california anymore)
any info appreciated

I doubt that you'd be able to get up there with a car any time soon. I don't think they plow the road past a certain point. Snowshoes, snowmobile or a big 'ol 4X4 truck might be able to make it.

Been there when it's been half iced over. Parking can be a real problem getting in and or out, and that's been in a nearly no snow year.
