DWR CDEC Water Flow Site

Anyone know what is going on with the State Water Flow site? I can only get about 1/3 of the water flows for the State. All the ones that I need to look at seem to be shut down. Hopefully they didn't shut down the water gauge flow stations.... Anyone work at DWR?

Earlier in the week I noticed some were doing that. I believe with the the continued cold weather a lot of the gauges are frozen. Thus giving a zero reading.

They all seemed to be out over the weekend, looks like they are back up though.
