With 90% of the rivers closed for fishing, the American at $29,000 cubes as well as the rest of the creeks and rivers blown, lakes and ponds turned over and filled with sentiment, where is there to fish? My creative fishing mind has proven dormant from a brutal semester at school. Hoping for some insight from my fishing brethren.

Thanks Bill! I was hoping you would have some insight. Can't really make it out of California at this time. Probably going to be restricted mostly to the Sacramento-Tahoe area.

Never hear of catching these "Torut" at Eagle Lake. Might have to check that out sometime. :cool:
