Hello Everyone,

I tried to enter the articles in full here but the settings on the forum do not allow for long winded expose' like the kind I write. So........... I contacted Bill and explained the problem and he gave the go ahead to just link to the articles. These are large text articles that I tried to break up by providing some of my skillful artwork to help illustrate what the text is putting forth so consider yourself warned.

There is a video here on the forum in General Discussion already or you can find it on the same website as the articles.

Article 1: Getting The Fly Down To Where The Fish Are At (http://akflyfishingguide.com/getting-the-fly-down-here-there/)

Article 2: Fishing & Controlling The Submerged Fly (http://akflyfishingguide.com/fishing-controlling-the-submerged-fly/)

Please understand that it isn't my intention to sway people or to convert you, so to say, but only to explain how I've been fishing for quite some time. This may however arise some curiosity in some readers and that was the original intent. I guess you could say that I get into it and take things way beyond casting out then waiting for a bite. I hope you enjoy the articles.

If you have any questions just post them up and I'll do my best to answer them.

Ard,

Your video was filmed in what looked like a fairly slow current.

What are the depths and current speeds for which your leader gets the streamer to/near the bottom over a reasonable (20-30'?) dead drift distance?

I'm sure you've worked this out :)

Thanks so much for sharing your hard earned knowledge. I suspect your method will help with many of my streamer swinging issues.
