Looking for new color or color combinations for my topwater flies!!:)

I'm getting seriously bored with the same ol same ol colors and was hoping to get some new ideas from your guys being flies or even lures. Thanks in advance for all your ideas. A

Personally, I don't think color matters a whole bunch on top water flies. The fish see mostly silhouette and movement anyway. Ed Story (from Feathercraft) used to fish an all white popper exclusively and he caught a heckuva lot of fish. So tie whatever color makes you happy.

My father absolutely loved to throw poppers for bass/Stripers. His theory was dark for cloudy days. Sunshine called for light poppers. His thought seemed to be that the color was not important as long as dark-for-dark and light-for-light was stuck with. He caught a lot of fish that way.
