How low will the Lower American River go?

Anyone know how low the flows went before the dam?

Also, was the water warmer or colder in the fall (before the rains) back then?

Is lowering the flows bad for the salmon/steelhead run?

My predicted ramp down is
Sept 15 2000->1800cfs
Sept 21 1800->1500cfs
Sept 28 1500->1200cfs
Oct 1st 1200->1000cfs
Hopefully, we go no lower than that on the AR this year~

I was 2 weeks late in my prediction.

That is a GOOD thing.

Better to get to the minimum flow threshold BEFORE the salmon spawn.
