Father's Day Yuba Report

I'm finally catching up on stuff (work, house, family, dog, etc...) and posting a report. Went to the Hammon Grove access Sunday about 8-ish and fished for three hours. River was about 1600 cfs and gin clear. Got one and lost one. the "lost one" just decided to just head across the river after he figured out he was hooked and that was it. I never had a chance as he just kept going...... Both came on sz. 18 Frenchie.

i was out there the Fri before. flows were 2300+ tough wading. saw only a few fish that completely ignored everything i threw at them. there was almost zero bug activity and when i turned over some rocks found just a few caddis casings.
