Get the Bunyan Bugs ready! Made it to 80* yesterday in Idaho Falls. Trout flies on the Henry's Fork and if they're not flying then March Browns, Gray Drakes and Caddis. Releases out of Palisades Dam are scheduled to go up to help the Cutts spawn but drop quick. Then get ready for Trout Flies (Stone Flies) on the South Fork.
My favorite time of the year in Idaho and here I sit with a busted up knee. I guess you know your getting old when you step out of your RV and your knee gives a loud POP and folds up. Couple of weeks of taking it easy and anti-inflamitories and then a serious look at what's going on. Something like this could make for a bad summer!
