Mr. Trump will be speaking at the Sacramento airport tomorrow afternoon, and Mr. Sanders will be speaking at UCD. Lot's of attention concentrated in a small geographic area tomorrow.
Sorry for the late notice, but I'm thinking about heading over to the Sac airport tomorrow afternoon around 4pm with the boat in tow and parking in the free waiting area, to wait. My idea is to get some of us Sacramento area anglers to meet up and perhaps garner some interest from the press. A bunch of boats parked with fishing rods and nets deployed would be quite a sight. Wearing waders would probably be a bit warm, so come hang out by my boat if you don't have one! At the least we can just meet up and talk fishing, but hopefully we could get the point out to the public that sustainable water flows for our fish are extremely important!
After all, 3" fish in the delta can grow to be over 100 pounds (California Chinook salmon).

These fish are not only an iconic California species but they support many recreational anglers and represent an important economic role in the commercial salmon industry.

This isn't meant to be a political rally at all, rather it would be a water awareness meet up. I was thinking about doing it at UCD, but not many options for parking there.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
