I fished last night with two friends and previous clients over the years that I had not seen in a while. We fished for about two hours in the evening. Between the three of us, we landed about 18 or so shad. I had a big striper eat my shad that ran all the way across the river and bulldogged me for ten minutes until it spit out the shad. 15 minutes later my friend was pulling in a shad , striper ate it, and we landed it 20 minutes later about 300 yards down river. It was miraculously hooked perfectly in the jaw- minus the shad, and weighed 20 to 25 lbs. Yahoo.
