Our May speaker is Rick Mazaira and he will be presenting a program on Yosemite Fly Fishing.
Rick is the owner of Yosemite Outfitters in Oakhurst, CA and has been fly fishing since 1984. He has been guiding professionally since 2008. Living in the Yosemite region has exposed him to a lot of varied waters, from creeks to alpine lakes, streams to rivers and the excitement he has for these waters is contagious! He will be taking us inside Yosemite National Park and showcasing some of the opportunities available to the visiting fly fisher. This promises to be an exciting program.

The CFFU meeting begins at 7 pm on Tuesday, May 3rd and is located at the RICHARD T. CONZELMANN COMMUNITY CENTER, 2201 Cottage Way, Sacramento. The Center is in the Howe Avenue Park close to Howe Avenue. Starting at 6:15 pm is a fly tying demonstration by a club member.
The Howe Avenue Park is located at the Northeast corner of Howe Avenue and Cottage Way. The entrance is on Cottage Way approximately 150 feet east of Howe Ave. across from Home Depot. Overflow parking is available at Home Depot. A map and more information are found at www.cffu.org.
