The American has been at a steady flow near 3000 cfs. May and June is around the corner and soon I will then begin guiding for shad and stripers. The next couple of weeks, starting this Thursday, tomorrow, I am offering fishing trips- slash seminars - for $150 . We will fish together, scouting the river and see if we can find stripers, and blue backs - late run, smaller steelhead. We will be fishing sink tips for stripes, and swinging for steelhead. This is a n opportunity to break out a light spey or switch rod. I will gladly help you with technique if necessary. Shoot me an email if you are interested.
